Sweet Tea had a litter of 6 puppies born, 3 girls and 3 boys. Puppies are expected to be ready for their new homes by May 3, 2023. We do not breed very often and our puppies are often reserved before they are 8 weeks old. Puppies are sold with a limited registration meaning that breeding rights are not included. Breeding rights may be considered at an additional fee depending on the merits of the individual pup.

Sweet Tea is registered with American Stock Dog Registry (ASDR) and Jingle (Sire) is dual-registered with ASDR and NSDR (National Stock Dog Registry). Puppies will come with a registration certificate which requires a small fee when sent in with name request. After mailing this certificate with your name request, you will receive registration paper. All names will have "Purple Mountain" as the prefix. Past puppies have been successfully registered AKC as Miniature American Shepherd, but will likely be undersized for that show class. Toy Australian Shepherds are under 14" high at the withers. Mini Aussies are 14-18" tall and standards are 18-23". Toy Aussies can weigh 10-30 lbs. They are not tiny like a Yorkie.
Our puppies include a 2-year health guarantee for genetic diseases. Both the sire and dam have had full genetic health testing and all puppies are clear by parentage. Although both parents have tested Normal/Normal for MDR1, we suggest not using ivermectin-based heartworm medications for all herding/collie breeds. There are alternatives that work just as well such as Interceptor. Puppies are priced from $1000 - 2500 depending on the individual puppy. Breeding rights are an additional $500.
A $500 non-refundable deposit will reserve your puppy. Placing a deposit indicates that you have read and agree to the contract.
We realize this is a significant financial investment. Bringing a new family member home is a big decision and should not be taken lightly. We do accept Venmo and Zelle.

For serious inquiries, we will allow in-home puppy visits when they are 4 weeks of age.
If you have already reserved your puppy, you are welcome to visit your puppy with a pre-arranged appointment. No other pets are allowed and we ask that you come with clean shoes, clothes, etc. to minimize puppies exposure to other dog germs.

We carefully monitor the growth of puppies over the 8 weeks they are with us. This litter seems to be pretty consistent with no larger outliers. All are expected to fall within the toy size and be 14" or less.

2 weeks old before eyes opened. Ears starting to fold.
Exactly 2 weeks old eyes mostly opened, but couldn't resist the yawn. Nose leather color filled in.
3.5 weeks. Snickers is one of the smallest in the litter, but he thinks he's the biggest!
5.5 weeks. The most active of the bunch and super sweet. Loves to play!
